Returns & Delivery

Returns:

To be eligible to make a return, you must inform us of your intention to return your item(s) and your item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must notify us within 14 days of receipt of your order. You then have a further 14 days in which to return the item to us. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that any returned items are covered by appropriate carriage insurance. We cannot be held responsible for returned items that are lost in transit. The cost of return postage is the buyers responsibility.

 

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will contact you that we have received your returned item. If you qualify for a refund, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five working days. Please note that credit card processing times can vary between providers and are out of our control.  

 

Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded/returned/exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded/returned/exchanged, unless faulty.

 

Exchanges (if applicable):

To be eligible for an exchange, you must inform us of your intention to exchange your item(s) and your item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging. You must notify us within 14 days of receipt of your order; you then have an additional 14 days in which to return the item to us. It is your to ensure that any returned items are covered by appropriate carriage insurance. We cannot be held responsible for returned items that are lost in transit. The cost of return postage is the buyers responsibility. There will also be an additional cost for the return postage of the new item(s). Free UK postage is only applicable to the original order, irrespective of the value of the item(s) being exchanged.

Delivery Information

We deliver all orders in the UK using Royal Mail 48hr fully tracked and recorded delivery. This is free on all over £40 or + £3.50. All orders are carefully handpicked, checked and wrapped before dispatch.

 Delivery Service:

Royal Mail tracked 48 - 2 working days £3.50 or free for orders over £45  

European Tracked & Signed 3-5 working days £12 - £16 (*depending on order size)

North America & Canada tracked & signed 5-7 working days £16 - £22 (*depending on order size)

Australia & NZ tracked & signed 5-7 working days £16 - £24 (*depending on order size)

Rest of the world 7 - 14 working days £25
